📦 Shipping Policy (EMS Only)

 

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped from Kyoto, Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).

This service includes tracking and reliable delivery.

 

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or Japanese national holidays.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country.

Your current EMS rates:

• Asia: ¥1,400
• Oceania, North America, Central America, Middle East: ¥2,100
• Europe: ¥2,400
• South America, Africa: ¥2,400

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times by EMS:

• Asia: 3–7 days
• Europe & North America: 5–10 days
• Other regions: 7–14 days
  These may vary due to customs or postal delays.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, VAT, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

The customs declaration will include the item value as required by law.

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You can track your package via Japan Post’s website.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delays may occur due to customs inspections or international logistics.

If your parcel has not arrived after 30 days, please contact me and I will assist with a Japan Post investigation.
