Shipping from Kyoto
Your jewellery is carefully packed and shipped from Kyoto, Japan. International orders are sent via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking. Orders within Japan are sent by Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN Compact).

You can order for delivery to countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact me to confirm shipping availability before ordering.
Shipping fees
Shipping within Japan is free. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to your destination.
- China, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong: JPY 1,500
- Other Asian destinations, such as Thailand and Singapore: JPY 2,000
- USA, Canada, Mexico, and eligible destinations in Europe and Oceania: JPY 3,000
- Latin America (excluding Mexico) and Africa: JPY 3,500
Free international shipping on orders of 3 or more items. This automatic shipping discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
Middle Eastern destinations such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel are charged JPY 2,000 under the current shipping settings. The final rate for your destination is shown at checkout.
This is a guide for destinations available at checkout. For other destinations, please contact me to confirm availability and shipping costs. These rates are shown in Japanese yen; the final shipping fee in your checkout currency is displayed before payment.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is completed. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays.
The following estimates apply after dispatch and are additional to the dispatch time:
- Asia: approximately 5–10 business days
- North America, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East: approximately 7–14 business days
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, weather and local postal conditions may cause delays. If you need your order for a particular date, please contact me before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. International parcels can be tracked through Japan Post.
Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties, import taxes and VAT are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Any charges assessed by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Customs declarations show the correct value of the items. Parcels cannot be declared as gifts or at a lower value to avoid customs charges.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact me. I will assist with a Japan Post investigation for international shipments.
